This booklet offers the public a summary guide to the work of Prof. Philip Dixon, his excavation team and the Crickley Hill Archaeological Trust from 1969 to 2014. Crickley Hill is the place of the first documented battle, a ceremonial place and an occupation for 5,000 years.
